Giza reflection on the Nile

From twisted lunge square off to the front of the room
Walk the left leg up somewhat
Right knee is still straight
Both hands on the right leg, right foot
Or on the mat beside the right foot
First of three pyramids
Rise up to warrior one and exalt your warrior
And after a deep exaltation
Rise up, straighten your knee and bow down to the second pyramid
More complete than the first
Exalted warrior
After a deep exaltation
Salam to the third pyramid
The most complete of the three, like in Giza

Repeat on the left side
With the third pyramid being the most complete
On this side of the Nile
