Yogi Roll
By Joe Pivetti

twisted prayer with bass
mats
l2=πp(t1+t2) and l3=πp(t2+t3)
Where t1, t2 and t3 are mat thickness of top, middle and bottom mats, p the number of turns in the roll,
and l2 and l3 the amount of mat length pulled out over the underneath mat to get all 3 rolled mat ends aligned.
In the pictured example (approximately):  l2≈3π(3/8+3/8)≈7 (inches) and l3≈3π(3/8+1/2)≈8 (inches)

Perfect yogi mat rolls
Take into account radiis
Of multiple mat plies
For the sole

Yoga towel corners
Hold three mats in order
To cushion the knees,
The hands and the feet

After savasana roll 'em up
Even by pulling the mid and top
Past the layer beneath
About a hand span each
